collection is sourced from Italian roasters and producers whose craft has
earned its reputation across generations. We do not curate by category —
we curate by standard.
What makes authentic Italian coffee different?
The Italian espresso tradition is shaped by its roasting and preparation philosophy, not by where the green coffee is grown. Italian roasters combine beans from carefully selected origins and develop roast profiles intended to produce balanced body, aroma and crema when extracted under pressure.
Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?
We ship across Canada and US with delivery in 2–5 business days. Free shipping on all
orders over $75 CAD. All orders are dispatched from our Vancouver warehouse,
with priority handling on espresso beans to preserve freshness.
Are your products compatible with home espresso machines and Nespresso systems?
Yes. Our whole-bean coffees are developed for espresso preparation and can be dialled in for pump, lever and many automatic espresso machines. Results will vary depending on grind size, dose, water, temperature and machine settings. Our capsules are compatible with the original Nespresso® system.
