Lusso Scelta is a Vancouver-based curation house. We select espresso roasted in Italy, by roasters who print their blend composition on the bag the way winemakers name their grapes, and we supply it to hospitality partners across Canada. Not a hundred options. A short list we would serve at our own table.
What your guests will notice
Properly made Italian espresso announces itself: dense hazelnut crema that holds under the sugar, bitterness that resolves into something almost sweet, a finish that leaves cleanly. It's the difference between a coffee your guests accept and one they ask about. For an F&B director, that question, "what coffee is this?", is the entire point. It's the cheapest moment of differentiation on your menu.
How the pilot works
We don't ask anyone to commit on a tasting note. Partnerships start with a 60-day pilot: your espresso program runs on our coffee, your team gets our guidance on preparation and presentation, and your guests render the verdict. If the coffee earns its place, we talk about the long term. If it doesn't, we part as friends and you've lost nothing but two months of better coffee.
